The Arbors at Cape Henry is a condominium community of 95 standalone three and four bedroom homes just off Great Neck Road and Lynnhaven Drive in Virginia Beach. We are a quiet community close to the beach, restaurants, parks, outstanding schools, and transportation. The complex was built in the mid to late 90's and is home to a mix of young, middle aged and senior citizens.
This website has been created to provide a service to our homeowners and residents. It is established to keep our community members informed about their condominium association, and provide a source for association rules and regulations, Board of Director meeting minutes, newsletters, scheduled events, etc. It also provides a method of communication between the Property Management Associates, board members, homeowners and residents. Its many features provide easy access to news and information, and other important issues concerning our community.
